Client Problem:

U.S. Embassies were having Y2K-related problems with a software application. Therefore the USDA changed to a Y2K compliant software application, but they needed a way to deliver information on this new software worldwide.

Solution:

PCES created the program to support the worldwide rollout of a Y2K-compliant support application by USDA's Foreign Agricultural Services division. In just 45 days, we provided the USDA with a CD-ROM of 11 desktop modules for distribution to 150 embassies around the world.

Financial Impact:
